DMCA Policy

Miley Cyrus Vermã¶Gen respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which can be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, Miley Cyrus Vermã¶Gen will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Miley Cyrus Vermã¶Gen service and/or website (the "Site") if such claims are reported to Miley Cyrus Vermã¶Gen's Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to Miley Cyrus Vermã¶Gen's Designated Copyright Agent.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

Upon receipt of a Notice as described below, Miley Cyrus Vermã¶Gen will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: Provide sufficient detail to identify the copyrighted work, e.g., "the copyrighted image at [URL where image is located]" or "the copyrighted text at [URL where text is located]".
  2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing: Identify the material that you claim is infringing, including a description of where the material is located on the Miley Cyrus Vermã¶Gen Site, with enough detail so that we may find it. Providing URLs in the body of your email is the best way to help us locate content quickly.
  3. Your contact information: Provide your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the material is not authorized: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature: Sign the document physically or electronically.

DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification. A counter-notification must be a written communication provided to Miley Cyrus Vermã¶Gen's Designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Miley Cyrus Vermã¶Gen may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under DMCA subsection (c)(1)(C) or an agent of such person.
